I was just too slow I could not save amber's child while protecting one I let another die, I wasn't fast enough. But now the departed gentleman has re-entered the cycle of life where he will rejoin the rest of the world again. I won't let it happen again I won't be to slow again I must intensify my training to become faster (spend 6 xp to buy celerity level 3 Intermediate 1) and enhance my fighting techniques (spend 1 xp to buy a rank in Brawl). I spend the rest of my time in deep contemplation and try to calm my beast, my retainer brings me blood when I need it and I meditate. - I need not be a slave I am in control The anger, the hurt, the pain It is nothing Just abstract emotions that serve no purpose I will not be a slave I am in control I am in control of myself and my surroundings This beast will never control me I shall control it - xp spent this session: 7 xp 6 xp on Celerity level 3 – Rapidity 1 xp on Brawl | |
